Store Hours
Please note, LACMA museum hours may be different than Store hours. LACMA is closed Wednesdays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Return and Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items to us in their original condition within 30 days.
- Limited editions, memberships, periodicals, posters, jewelry, and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged.
- A refund, credit, or exchange will be issued to the original form of payment for items returned, excluding shipping charges.
- Online purchases may be returned at the Museum Store location with a Receipt/Invoice.
- Processing refunds will take up to 3 weekdays.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Returns must be accompanied with a receipt/invoice.
- Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged and/or returned by store credit or to the original form of payment
- If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at 323.857.6146 or webstore@lacma.org, we may need images of the damage.

All orders subject to inventory availability.
If 'Local Pickup' is selected as the delivery method, the purchase (if made before 12pm PST) will be ready for pickup within 3–7 business days.
Customers will have 14 days to pickup their purchase from when the 'Ready for Pickup' notification is sent via email. If the customer has not picked up their purchase after 14 business days, the purchase will be refunded and items returned to the store inventory. Refunds may take up to a week after processing.
Any special discounts used are non-retroactive for an original purchase that is returned unless the discount is current.

Problems Finalizing a Web Sale
If you are experiencing an error code that does not allow you to finalize your sale, please check to see if the billing address you have entered is the same billing address that your credit card company has on file.
Membership Discount
To receive a membership discount in the LACMA Online Store, please enter your membership discount code in the space provided on checkout.
This discount code can be found in your weekly and monthly member emails or by calling the membership department at 323.857.6151 or email membership@lacma.org.

Current LACMA members at the Individual level and above receive a 10% discount on most items. Discounts do not apply to sale merchandise, special-priced items, gift certificates, or select items, such as limited-edition works.
