This blank oversized journal features Robert Rauschenberg's print Blues (Illegal Tender L.A.) from 1991. The original edition was created with Gemini G.E.L., an L.A.-based artist's workshop and publisher of hand-printed, limited edition works.
Rauschenberg was known for his activism as well as his art, and he supported arts education and environmental protection well as art, and a portion of each sale goes to the Robert Rauschenbeg Foundation. LACMA's permanent collection includes close to 100 works by Rauschenberg.
