Lena Wald is the Los Angeles-based jewelry designer known best for creating original jewelry designs that are favorites among Hollywood and fashion icons. She first turned her passion for jewelry into a business in 1998, and her collections encompass the rarefied world of modern precious stones as well as trends that capture a broader appeal.

Lena Wald has created a suite of jewelry inspired by two works by Ernst Ludwig Kirchner in LACMA’s collection, Two Nudes in a Room, 1914, and Untitled, 1919–1923, both are pictured here.

Wear LACMA is an art and fashion project created by some of Los Angeles's top designers, featuring unique pieces inspired by LACMA's collections and exhibitions. Designed in California, these items are sold at the LACMA Store and online, with all proceeds benefiting the museum. This project was created by LACMA's Director's Circle.
