Bruno Munari: Art Theorems

Member Price
The artist Bruno Munari (Italy, 1907–1998) first published his historic 'Theorems on art.' in 1961. The book includes a sharp and amusing collection of brief essays about art which still make us smile and reflect today. 'Theorems on art' has been republished with a white cover instead of the original silver, but still has holes punched through - for Munari, the holes embody the power of curiosity and stimulus for creativity.

Munari was one of the original founders of the Italian Concrete Art movement, and worked in many visual fields including film, painting, sculpture, and graphic design. He also created innovative children's books.
