Corita Kent's colorful artwork decorates this set of four Wonder Bread series ceramic magnets. Kent used the primary-colored graphics from the Wonder Bread wrapper to create a series of silkscreens.
Corita Kent was an artist, activist and educator whose teachings influenced many artists in Los Angeles. Works by Kent are included in LACMA's permanent collection and her art was included in the exhibition California Design, 1930–1965: “Living in a Modern Way."
