    The Love Is Hard Work mug features artwork from 1985 by Corita Kent. The image is seen on both sides of the mug.  

    Corita Kent was an artist, activist and educator whose teachings influenced many artists in Los Angeles. Works by Corita are included in LACMA's permanent collection and her art was included in the exhibition California Design, 1930–1965: “Living in a Modern Way."
